Tonight is the last day of 2012! Can you believe it? Here in New Zealand we've survived natural disasters like earthquakes, tornadoes and volcanic eruptions! It certainly has been a year filled with many ups and downs for our country. The highlight of the year, I think, would have to be the many gold medals our Olympic athletes have brought home.
As for my family and I this will be our 4th New Year in New Zealand and we are looking forward to a year filled with good health and prosperity.
As for myself, I have a few plans in the pipeline and I hope to set these in motion for 2013.
So here's wishing all you crafters, friends and family a wonderful 2013!

Long Bay Primary School Christmas Shopping Night!
The Long Bay Primary School Christmas Shopping Night took place yesterday evening, Friday, 16 November! What an awesome night! There was a long queue outside the school hall from about 5:45 pm (NZ time) and all the ladies were itching to get inside and shop up a storm! All us stall holders were also keen to 'sell our wares'!!
To be honest I was a bit nervous as this was my first time doing a Christmas school market and I have been making Christmas items to sell since mid-September! Well needless to say, it was a very successful night for me and I hope for all the other stall holders as well!
Here are some photos of my stall. I would like to send out a great BIG THANKS to all those other crafters out there who have shared their projects on the web - there were quite a few of you who were the inspiration for quite a number of my projects that were on sale.
Also thanks to all those ladies who shopped at my stall last night! I hope you all managed to find those special Christmas gifts for your loved ones!

Wow! Can't believe how the time as just flown by! I have been AWOL for quite some time as I lost my mojo for a time - I've been trying to get back to my sewing mode - I think the last time I ever sewed anything was about 5+ years ago!!! Well I've given up on that as I just couldn't seem to get into it. The sewing machine and fabrics have now been put away AGAIN! So finally I thought well lets try and make a card - haven't stopped since then! Yep, MOJO IS BACK!!!!! I think bottom line, I'm a papercrafter at heart! So to kick off my first post (after a looonnngg time) here are two pictures show casing what I've been up to lately.
